Founded for the patients hardest to keep connected to care.

The Aetonix story

Aetonix started in 2014 with a simple observation: chronic patients spend 99% of their time outside the clinic, in a system built for the other 1%. Twelve years of live partner programs later, they’re still who we build for, and we’re building to last.

The Trudell backstory

Built inside a century-old group.

Our beliefs

What we keep coming back to.

  1. Care doesn’t stop when the appointment ends.

The visit is the beginning of care, not the whole thing.

  2. Technology should give care teams back their time.

Admin is the enemy of human care, not efficiency.

  3. The patient who is hard to reach needs you most.

Meeting people where they are is the job.

  4. We pick partners as carefully as they pick us.

The customers we choose shape what we build.

Leadership
“We offer our partners a rare opportunity, unique from other approaches. Family-backed capital and a genuine patient-first conviction free us to pursue deeper innovation and build for impact that endures.”
