Responsibilities:

  • It will be your responsibility to develop the product marketing strategy and marketing roadmap to introduce the aTouchAway on the market. This includes but is not limited to, the social media strategy, the content strategy, the awareness campaign, the product introduction, and more.
  • Working with development, sales, and the marketing teams, you will define the message and value proposition for the solution, you will develop the approach to reach them, and the plan to generate leads and drive revenue for the organization.
  • you will develop a strategy to utilize our great customer testimonials to create more awareness and to strive for new leads.
  • Working with creative, marketing and sales enablement you will develop sales tools to support the selling and marketing process of our products/services.
  • You will develop the campaign strategy for our different platforms and then develop the appropriate content to be used.
  • Through research and insights from customers and competitors, you will develop the product positioning and messaging and ensure that our online presence aligns with it. This includes social media, corporate web design, and content.
  • You will track metrics on how aTouchAway does from an online presence from SEO / PPC and lead generation perspective.

Qualifications:

  • You are currently in Product Marketing in a software technology space with 3 to 4 years of experience. Ideally in the health care sector.
  • You have experience launching new products and in marketing their value proposition to the appropriate audiences.
  • You have proven Excellence in communicating complex problems using clear and simple language.
  • You are eager to learn and discover innovative ways to get the job done.
  • You must be familiar with today’s product marketing tools and practices.
  • You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • You have an ability to function efficiently in high pressure, fast paced environments.
  • You are a self-starter, with the ability to stay focused and adjust priorities to best serve our clients and the Company.

Aetonix, a rising leader in tele-health and tele-monitoring solutions, is looking for a Customer Success Representative to join its team.  Working with a dynamic and talented team, this is an amazing opportunity to join a start-up committed to helping Professional Healthcare providers to improve patient care through the aTouchAway healthcare communications and monitoring platform! Your mission will be to ensure that clients have delightful experience with our solution and that deployments and adoption goes smoothly. You will be responsible to guide clients to a successful path and to ensure that our clients extract the maximum value from our solution.  In very simple words, your will be helping and ensuring that our customers succeed. Your role will require a lot of customer interaction and relationship building while keeping up to date on the product enhancements and changes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build a very strong relationship with our customers and be the go to person for their deployment and product questions.
  • Learn and develop best practices amongst all customers and share that information with our customers base.
  • Drive product knowledge and awareness with our customers. Help them with webinars, whitepapers, documents, and other tools to support deployment and adoption.
  • Understand our client expectations and expected outcomes related to their deployment and onboarding of users and help them achieve success.
  • Manage client deployments including training, client support pre-deployment/post-deployment, and client planning/project review.
  • Make recommendations to client deployment processes to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Monitor usage by clients and ensure consistent increase in spread.  Discover issues that slow down adoption and work with the team to overcome them.
  • Clearly translate customer requirements and issues into technical requirements / enhancements.
  • Track product issues and impact on client and represent the priorities from a client point view.
  • Provide metrics on usage and reporting on client satisfaction weekly.
  • Work with Sales and development to ensure that we have a clear path to customer success, achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with the product evolution by using the solution and understanding the use cases of our clients.

 

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience with customer success.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.
  • Strong technical attitude with strong business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, and planning skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Be friendly, empathetic, patient, and capable of navigating through a stressful environment.
  • Ability to function efficiently in high pressure, fast paced environment.
  • Be all about the Customer, Be a self-starter, have the ability to stay organized and reprioritize tasks to best serve clients and Accounts.
