The aTouchAway® Training and Certification program is now available to enhance the onboarding experience. Providers can access a full set of training videos to make sure they are equipped with all the tools they need to get the most out of aTouchAway®.
The aTouchAway® Training & Certification program is a fully asynchronous course that offers a combination of videos, quizzes, and challenges, so care team members can test and apply their knowledge of aTouchAway®, designed so the team can learn the platform at their own pace.
aTouchAway® clinician training and support is now streamlined into one central location. After completing the course, come back to it as you’re getting used to aTouchAway® and revisit topics as you need a refresher.

Who can get aTouchAway® certified?
The aTouchAway® certification program is available to any care team member already or newly using aTouchAway®.
If you are already using aTouchAway®, speak with your Account Manager to learn if you are eligible
Comment puis-je accéder au programme de formation?
When your practice signs up for aTouchAway®, your patient managers will receive an email with instructions to access the platform. Once you have logged in, you can start learning right away!
What will I receive upon program completion?
Upon completion of the program, an official training certificate will be provided.
